A: When you return an item, those points will be deducted from your account.
Q: What happens if I return an item that I purchased with points?
A: The amount of cashback you received on that purchase will be added to your customer account and can be used later.
Q: Do I have to use the entire value of my cashback on one purchase?
A: No, whatever the remaining balance is will go on your customer account and can be used later.
Q: What if I forget my membership card?
A: Your SoccerWorld “Teammate” account can be accessed by a sales associate using the phone number or email on the account.
Q: Does each person in my family need their own account?
A: No, your account can be shared by the household. If someone does not have the physical membership card, they can use the phone number or email on the account.
Q: How do I know how many points I have earned?
A: You will receive an email after each transaction and a summary at the end of each month with your point totals.
Q: Can I redeem points or get the 10% off online?
A: Unfortunately no, the points and 10% off discount are currently only valid in-store. But you do earn DOUBLE POINTS when placing an online order!
