1 Order Status and Timing
1.1 How long will my order take to ship?

Orders that have in-stock items take 1-3 business days to process in addition to the shipping option selected at checkout. 

1.2 When will my store pickup be ready?

If the items were in-stock at the store you selected to pickup from, the order will be processed in under 1 hour (during business hours). If your items were not in-stock at your pickup location, it can take 1-3 business days for your item to arrive at the desired location. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready!

2 Return Information
2.1 What if I ordered the wrong size/item or just don't want/need my item anymore.

No problem! As long as the item(s) satisfy our return policy, they can be returned for a refund.

Please note that you are responsible for verifying that all item(s) are correct upon receipt; once the item is worn, used, laundered, or not in their original packaging (and therefore not in their original condition) it cannot be returned. Note that customized items (items printed with name, number, team logo, etc.) are final sale. If the item does not satisfy the return policy, you will incur the costs to have it shipped back to you. 

RETURN VIA SHIPPING:
To process a return, view the "My Orders" section on your SoccerWorld account HERE > click "View" on the order with items you wish to return > click the blue "Return item(s)" button near the bottom of the page and follow the prompts.

If you do not have a SoccerWorld account and checked out as a guest, please contact us at [email protected] to process your return. Be sure to include your order number in the Subject Line or Body of the email. You can also use the Contact Us form to process your return.

RETURN IN-STORE:
You also have the option to return your item(s) to one of our store locations. Simply bring the item(s) to any SoccerWorld location and a sales associate can help to process your return. Please be sure to have your order number or a copy of your order confirmation.

2.2 What if I ordered the correct size/item, but you sent me the wrong one?

If the wrong item was sent to you, we will cover the return-shipping costs and the shipping costs for the correct replacement item.

2.3 My item broke, ripped, or is damaged in some way.

Defective items may be replaced within 60 days of purchase as long as they meet our defectives return policy.

If an item is shipped back and deemed defective, you can opt for a refund or to have the item replaced/repaired. It is at the discretion of the product manufacturer whether the item is replaced or repaired. If an item is shipped back and deemed not defective, you will incur the cost to have the item re-shipped to you. 

Defective Notes:

Normal wear and tear items are not considered defective.

General Merchandise:
Items returned as defective must exhibit proper care and use.

Footwear:
Toe wear is considered the result of normal use and is not covered by warranty. If the tongue of a shoe tears or separates it should be repaired and is not considered defective. Eyelet rips on shoes are due to excessive pulling on the laces and are not considered to be defective.

Goalkeeping Gloves:
Palm wear is considered the result of normal use and is not covered by warranty. There is no guarantee as to the last and durability of goalie gloves.

2.4 How can I exchange my item?

We are not currently able to process exchanges. If you'd like to exchange an item, you will need to return your current item and place a new order for the item you wish to exchange for.

Please ensure that your returned item satisfies our RETURN POLICY or a credit may not be issued. If the item does not satisfy the return policy, you will incur the costs to have it shipped back to you.
