Q: How do I login to view my order history? It is saying my account cannot be found.
A: There is a separate portal to login and view team uniform orders. Please be sure you are logging in on THIS PAGE.
Q: I have more than one child that I am ordering for, how can I avoid paying shipping multiple times?
A: When you place the additional orders, and use the same shipping address as the first order, it should not charge you for shipping again (as long as the first order has not yet been shipped).
You will still see the shipping charge on the screen where you enter your billing and shipping info; but on the next page, the final order review before submission, the shipping charge should not be appearing.
Q: Can I place one order for multiple players?
A: No, each order must be placed separately to ensure the proper item requirements are met and that the correct jersey number is applied to the order.
Q: I did not receive an order confirmation email, how do I know if my order went through?
A: Sometimes the confirmation emails do not go through due to the volume of emails being sent during peak order times. If you received an order number, your order did go through. You can also login HERE to view your order history.
Q: What do I do if there is no jersey number or an incorrect jersey number listed for a player?
A: You will need to contact your team manager or club manager (the person who sent you the ordering instructions and team password). SoccerWorld does not have the authorization to set or change jersey numbers; this is all controlled by your club.
Q: What do I do if a player's name is spelled incorrectly on the order system?
A: Most clubs do not have names printed on any of the items. However, you can contact your team/club manager to make the correction.
Q: Why is the system forcing me to buy items that I don't need or want?
A: All item requirements are set by your club; these are the items that they require each player to have. SoccerWorld does not have the ability to change requirements without authorization from your club.
Q: I ordered the wrong sizes, how can I change them?
A: You can email us at [email protected] with your order number and what items you'd like changed and to what size. Please note we cannot update sizes if your order has already been processed.
Q: Can I add or remove items from my order?
A: SoccerWorld does not have the ability to add or remove individual items from orders. If you'd like to add items, you can simply place a new order and you won't be charged shipping if your initial order has not been shipped yet. If you need to remove items, we would have to cancel and refund your full order and have you place it again.
Q: Can I return or exchange items from my order?
A: Items from team uniform orders cannot be returned but certain items can be exchanged for the same product in a different size. All exchanges are subject to availability.
- Items with player number, names, initials, team logo, or other customization are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items that have been worn, washed, do not have the tags attached, or are otherwise not in their original condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Socks that have been opened or removed from the manufacturer packaging cannot be returned or exchanged due to health/sanitary reasons.
